I try to find inspiration everyday, noticing the small joyful elements of life, whether it’s a bunny in the yard or a smile from a stranger at the market and these moments inspire me in many different ways. I hope that through through the relationships we build with our clients and the relationships our clients go on to foster through their business (with the help of their new website), that as a community we too can inspire something within each other and the people all around us.

MY STORY

It wasn’t until my early 20s that I started learning what it means to live a healthy life and it’s true value. I struggled as a teen to find my voice and a healthy outlet for life’s challenges, but after college I began exploring with meditation, exercise (yoga and running), and found a therapist. These newfound outlets were a life-changer. Since then I’ve known I wanted to do more with health and wellness, looking for “a way” to help others (I’m a certified running coach and yoga instructor), but I had trouble uncovering what “my way” was.

In 2019, I found my way. I started a small private yoga business and built my own website, which opened my eyes to my own passion for making websites, but more importantly the struggles others were facing to build their site. Personally, I’ve always loved visual arts (coloring in children’s books long before adult coloring books were a thing) and have a knack for tech. so FeelingInspired Websites was a natural solution – an opportunity to stay in the health and wellness community, while helping others on their journey to help others ;) Within that same year, I decided to being my education in websites and learned how to design a website, how to create a good user experience, and how to code – launching my first website feelinginspiredyoga.com and in 2020 launching FeelingInspired Websites.

MY EXPERIENCE

In 2009, I kicked off my career in marketing, working for the startup tech company, Endeca, where I learned about email, content, advertising, and events. Working through the company’s acquisition by Oracle, I then moved on to Oracle’s marketing team.

In 2013, I moved to the communications side working for a boutique agency, Pluck PR. During my time there I wrote a lot of content, connected with journalists, and worked on analyst relations for a diverse group of tech companies from startup marketing to enterprise companies focused on hydrogen fuel cells and electric planes.

MY STORY

When I was in my early 20s is when I really began to identify with the health & wellness space. I’d struggled a bit in college to find my voice and a healthy outlet for the challenges I was facing. Fast forward a few years later and I started to experiment with meditation, exercise (yoga and running), and found myself a life coach. These newfound outlets were a life-changer, and continue to be a lifeline for me today. I went on to earn my certification as a running coach and as a yoga instructor, knowing that in some way I wanted to help people with their own life challenges.

In 2019, I started a small private yoga business, and decided to build my own website. I’ve always loved visual arts, coloring in children’s books way before adult coloring books were “cool” or even a thing, so the idea of designing and building a website was exciting to me. I started taking classes and learned how to code, design websites, and create a good user experience, going on to build my very first site, FeelingInspiredYoga.com. It was then that I realized I wanted to continue working on websites, and after talking with friends in the health & wellness space it seemed it was a great fit – most of them hated the idea of building a website no matter how easy Squarespace or Wix claimed it was. Seeing this gap in the market, paired with my appreciation for the health & wellness industry as well as my desire to work on websites, it only made sense to start FeelingInspired Websites. Now, I get to work with professionals who share similar values to myself, while helping take something off their “to-do” so they can stay focused on growing their business and helping those in need of their guidance.

MY EXPERIENCE

In 2009, I kicked off my career in marketing. I worked for the startup tech company, Endeca, in Boston, MA, and I learned a ton about email, content, advertising, and events. Working through the company’s acquisition by Oracle, I then moved on to one of Oracle’s many marketing teams.
In 2013, I switched roles a bit and moved over to communications working for a boutique agency , Pluck PR. During my time there I wrote a lot of content, connected with journalists, and talked with a lot of industry analysts. We worked with a diverse group of tech companies ranging from startup marketing organizations to much larger businesses focused on cool things like hydrogen fuel cell systems and electric planes.
